AP Art concentration: artwork based on music
this piece: "Girl Sailor" by the Shins. This was done SUPER late at night right before the deadline, thus the extreme anatomical badness of... everything, really. However the sketchy style was purposeful (mostly in order to counteract the rushed badness.) Despite the crappiness of the actual drawing, I do like the general look of it. thanks to Kelly for being the inspiration for this last minute tomfoolery and for posing for the reference photo  |
